This morning I received an email from Disney College Recruiting and the Cast Image and Appearance Team informing me about the Disney Look. The Disney Look is the image and presentation of the Cast Members. These guidelines have been in place since the start of the company. Cast Members are a representation of the Disney brand, and we are responsible for correctly representing the Disney brand.
If you are thinking about applying next semester I would definitely take a look at the guidelines before applying. During your phone interview you will be asked if you adhere to the Disney Look in terms of if you have any piercings, tattoos, or body modifications. Females are allowed to have one lobe piercing. Tattoos are permitted if they can not be visible when wearing a one piece bathing suit. You can see all of the Disney Look guidelines if you click here.
